Terrible customer service. Never responded to texts through the messaging system. We had to call multiple times and leave messages to get an update on our vehicle. When I did get through I was told someone would call me back after their lunch break, I never received a phone call. The car ended up needing to stay over night and told we would get an update the next day - we were never offered a courtesy vehicle.

Mr. Helms should be commended for his excellent customer service and support. He went above and beyond to ensure that I received the best customer care before and after my car went into the shop. Mr. Helms was courteous and friendly.

You forget to put my appointment in your schedule and told me that I don’t have appointment in the very first and You took almost 2 days to just diagnosis my car. I found out you tried to charge me almost x2 cost plus you said that I have to change some part that I don’t even need it for. Thank goodness that I went to different car repair for second opition. I would never go to this Ford store. Lastly, I’m very upset that you took my whole 2 days for nothing. Horrible Service I ever had.

It was impossible to get someone on the phone. Called the service line and no answer. Left a message. No call back. Texted the text system no reply. Does any of your people pick up the phone?

Lorena was super awesome. Despite the fact that my appt did not show up in the system, she worked her magic and got me in. I always like coming to the North County Ford for servicing. It’s fast, reasonable and efficient. I even got some homework done due to the wifi. Looking forward to my next servicing appt :)
