I originally brought my car in thinking I had a slow leak in my back tire. Upon lifting the vehicle the mechanic was able to inform me that I needed two new rear tires and an alignment. I immediately scheduled the service for the following Thursday at 8 am. I dropped my Honda off the night before. I was told I’d receive a phone call whenever it was completed. I decided to stop by after school about 3pm. I was told someone had dropped the ball and the vehicle had not been aligned. They had only put the two new tires on. The associate did apologize and inform me that he wasn’t there to personally handle it. He also tried calling over and setting up an appointment right then. He was unable to reach them and I was asked if I could just let it sit another night and they could try to get it in the next day. Thankfully I was able to gain access to another vehicle because I hadn’t planned on being without another few days while I searched for someone to get me in. My father-in-law is personal acquaintance of The Riley’s and purchases most of the families vehicles through the dealership. The customer service is always great. I’ve just been a bit disappointed with the service on the vehicles as of late.
