I waited 2 and half hours for a oil change. I finally went to desk and ask if my oil change was done yet. They said it was. I guess they forgot me. It seemed like two and half hours for a oil change was a bit much. Thanks

The person at check in showed me a sheet with recommended scheduled maintenance, but I did not recieve that sheet at discharge, and was unable to let my husband know what was recommended. I did receive a safety sheet of other recommendations.
