Car bought 3 months ago. Prior 6 Lexus trucks from me, 2 from my mom, and 1 from my brother from Woodfield Lexus. I passed at least 4 from my home to Schaumburg because I loved their service. Here not so much. Just purchased this car. I brought it in 2 days later about this radio. What I was told was I need to turn the car on and off. No one checked that updates were needed. Today I am also told that I need new wipers amounting to $180. If I purchased a 65,000 car I am quite sure Woodfield Lexus would have replaced those prior to selling or once noticed. Tires I get (discussed that with service person Robert a month ago). He explained that. But windshield wipers. Absurd. That type of product should have been replaced just for costumer satisfaction prior to selling the car. Do better. Don’t think I’ll will go this route again. Service in orland to me is never up to par. Felt that the one time I went for service at Lexus orland. Never went again. Instead I drove the hour to Woodfield. Good service is worth it.

This was not David’s fault but I had to cancel my original appointment and reschedule. Whomever It was that rescheduled for me did not coordinate with the wheel guy to refinish my warranted wheels. Disapointed that I have to return again, especially considering I live in Indiana.

Although I didn’t purchase my car in Orland Park however what will keep me coming back is the excellent customer service Gerald Wilson provided to me. His 40k maintenance recommendation was well received. I made a return service appointment before I left because of the way I was treated. You have 2 awesome porters who provided me with a safe ride to and from work. They both are true assets to your service department.
