Gerald was great. Easy going and assured all my concerns would be taken care of.
No problem with the service manager, but I thought almost $2,000 to replace the front brake pads and rotors when there is direction from Audi extending the warranty for the brake problem was too high. But my car missed the required in-service date by a month because I could not get an appointment earlier, so now I’m expected to pay for the repair. I did not have the repair done as I was not expecting having to pay for a $2,000 repair.
I was very pleased and satisfied with all of the arrangements for the loaner car and the repairs made on my Audi with Dariusz's help and care. Dr. Robert E

Katelyn is a great asset to your business!! She was pleasant, reassuring, and, frankly, saved our vacation!!! She calmed us by taking care of all our needs, such as courtesy rides, hotel directions,status updates on our car etc...she even have us some suggestions for places to eat, along with directions....service with a smile!! We also appreciate the friendly courtesy drivers, and the mechanics we never met, who worked so diligently to get us back on the road to Delaware!!! Please thank them all for us!! You can be proud of your staff..they are top notch !!
