Great honest and timely service!
They did a great job. All the employees were very sweet and knowledgeable. My oil change and state inspection were done very quickly and thorough. I will be recommending my friends and family to go to here!

Was not informed about the new credit machines that add a 3% up charge on top of a rather expensive bill. Was also charged a $120 diagnostic fee for my airbag light and after checking wires and connections, there was nothing wrong. I initially asked that they just reset the light, but was told they HAD to do the diagnostic first. To add insult to injury they also told me I was due for new tires which would have brought the Bill to well over a $1,000. I do not think I will trust this dealership to do any more service work. Felt completely ripped off.
Kaeley was very helpful and patient when I called and asked questions about the services needed for my car. She took the time to explain what was needed and never once made me feel pressured in to getting something I did not need.
My dealers was awesome always I pulled by car in they took in the back and less then 30 minutes it was finished

I’ve bought 3 cars from Priority Honda in Hampton. Over that time I have had service done at multiple Priority locations, but I continue to visit the one in Williamsburg because Kaeley takes exceptional care of me and my vehicle. She exhibits ideal customer service as well as a great attitude. As long as she is my service coordinator I will continue to come back to the Williamsburg location.
