I appreciate the benifit of having free oil changes. I do not understand why they need to take so long. I scheduled my appointment at 8:30. Arrived on time. Had to wait 2 hours.
I would expect the wait if I did not have an appointment.

I would have been completely satisfied if the mechanics filled my tires to the correct pressures after they rotated them. A sensor alerted me of low pressure. I had to correct the problem.

Ask them to vacuum out and wash both vehicles one the front was vacuumed the other not washed or vacuumed.

Kaeley Johnson was unwilling to assist with anything that wasn’t in black and white in front of her. She was rude and lazy. She has been this way for over a year now. Every time she is the service advisor for my car, there are issues. She won’t look up warranties, she is disrespectful, and I truly don’t understand how she still has a job. I already voiced my concerns with the GM of Newport News and the manager of services at Williamsburg. While speaking with my coworkers at the hospital about this situation, they said hearing stories like that about Williamsburg Priority will keep them from going there.
