Ben was very professional ! But this is our 3rd time there and our issue is still not resolved. Benkamin assured he would get to the bottom of our issue. Paid tohave a tire sensorreplaced and before we got down the road tire pressure light was back on? Overall I know Nissan stands behind their productand have good faith it will be resolved

As a service concierge, Ben is outstanding and professional. Unfortunately, Ben does not do the service on vehicle. I don’t trust the service technicians to service my vehicle, because it almost cost me my life after having the vehicle serviced.

There is a new issue with the car that won’t allow my phone to play music connected to the usb and onto the stereo, it will allow me to still charge and even shift music using the buttons on the steering wheel.
Your guys were great with my repair.Seems that the parts were very expensive. I spent 1500.00$to get a window to go up and down.

Ben got our car in right away and all we asked for was an oil change and new windshield wipers. A cabin filter was suggested and we agreed. We barely got home before the car was ready. Great service!!!
