You put the wrong oil in my truck. I can change oil at home but I decided to let a dealer do it to create a good paper trail in case I sell the truck. I thought a dealership would do a good job. They are supposed to be the best trained techs around. Guess I was wrong. And then you are going to argue with me about the oil. Then you don’t change the price of the oil and when you realize you are wrong you charge me for 6 guarts of oil and the truck only holds 5 quarts. This dealership **** and I won’t be back nor will any of my friends

Scheduled work was NOT completed. Tire pressures are still too high and I have requested they be set 4 times. Repair to exterior of side mirror could not be completed because part wasn’t available. The part to be replaced now previously had nothing wrong with it. Electrical or connections of mirror are now messed up since the previous service visit. Previously was fine. I should have been notified that mirror could not be repaired today. I am peeved now. I try to be patient.
