Took way too long I had an appointment at 2 and they did not pull my can in until 3:40 and then i did not get my car back until 4:00

Everyone was friendly. The only issue is the service took almost 3 hours instead of 90 minutes. Which is fine normally, but I assumed I would be out in time for my doctor appt. I had to get someone to come pick me up and take me to my appt and then bring me back to nissan. This was my only "complaint." Everything else was just fine.

My appointment was at 3:30 and I did not leave until after 5:00 pm. That last time was a similar wait. Felt that was a bit excessive. Excellent customer service and work.
I showed up without an appointment hoping to get fitted in if possible. They were able to help me and get my car inspected and fix two minor things. Greatly appreciated it since I live an hour away.
