I have been asking him for the last 3 visits to update the records on my Murano. I had the transmission, air cabin filter, and fuel injectors serviced about a year ago, and for some reason, that entire visit failed to be recorded. He keeps promising to rectify the service record, but he does not follow through.

Came in for a recall and a oil change . No hassle smooth transition within an hour . They did not have the part that was needed for the recall but the service was explained and a reschedule was easy!!! GREAT COMMUNICATION!!
