I was the last person there waiting for my car to be finished. The oil change and recall work took over an hour and half. I watched my car up on the lift and the service techs just walking around. The manager even said “sorry, my guys are slow after lunch.”
I brought my car in to see if it qualified for recall in Nov 2022. I was told it did and they would call me when the parts were available. I had to call back to see if the parts were available in Jan or Fev because I never received a call. I was told since they had to keep my car for 2 days at least and I required a loaner they didn’t have one so they used the parts for another vehicle and they would get the parts on within that week and call me. I had to call near the end of April because I still didn’t get that call and finally was able to get the recall done. I find this unacceptable
