Well the oil change service was fine. I was just unhappy that when you guys looked at my exhaust pipe and noticed it needed some work by the muffler someone detached it to look to see if it can be fixed but never reconnected it. I know it had a temporary fix done to it but I had to go back under there and try and reconnect it as best I could. I know the temporary fix was working because when I dropped off the vehicle it was not making any loud noise but once we drove off my daughter mentioned that why did it sound so loud. Once I got home and looked underneath I noticed it was detached. Thank you

I love the welcome I always receive from Ben. He keeps me informed and updated on all work and suggestions for my truck. Ben is Thebes service representative I've ever had. The whole team does everything to accommodate me when I come in.
