Took my vehicle in for an inspection. It was rejected because of rear brakes. I bought new brakes and had them put on. But I was told by the parts manager from another dealership after seeing the old brakes that they never should have been rejected not even close.He was shown the brakes for a second opinion. Had him look at them just to confirm our suspicion. My husband is visiting the dealership this morning with old brakes in hand.
Text system still needs some work but good system. Same with calling service. But otherwise ok
Appointment was at 730, took me until 745 to get my vehicle in. Sat from 745 until 10 am for an oil change and car wash. Two and half hours for an oil change and cash wash is ridiculous.
