Pricing for the two items that caused my car to fail inspection. I don’t understand why you charge so much. Also my app was for 11:30 and I did not get a phone call about these items until almost 5:00. It doesn’t seem to take much time to fix these 2 problems when I was to pick up my car at 5:30. Don’t understand that at all. Will not be bringing my car back to Nissan for anything free or not.
I have nothing bad to say. The staff has always been helpful and courteous. They also seem to always have answers to the questions I ask.
