Ben delivers the most outstanding customer service that is possible. He remembered after 3 months that I needed a small part for the interior of my car that his parts department couldn’t locate. He found it and presented to me when I came in for service. He is incredible and a very valuable member of your team at Priority Nissan ! This excellence is seen time and time again from him.

Excellent service and I love the staff! I think I waited an extra 20+ minutes for a oil change and tire rotation only because I wasn’t notified it was done. Could potentially be my fault if the responsibility is all on me. Next time I will check in periodically. I thought I would be notified by text or something while I was waiting in the lobby. I was there for 2 hours. Not necessarily complaining about me missing more of my work hours lol but maybe state upfront that I should check back in an estimated amount of time if I’m supposed to. Just constructive criticism! Love Priority Nissan!

Great service! The necessary repairs were done quickly, and the checkout process was very efficient. The fact that we could pick up the car on Friday night was very helpful. Thanks for being so accommodating.

Although, we were delivered our vehicle, communication was completely lacking. We should have been called on Monday morning and told that Nissans part ordering system was down and the first time we even got a call was Wednesday morning, after we made several attempts to call Ben on Tuesday when we were told our vehicle would be fixed by. Only to be told Wednesday that the part wasn't even ordered. We had to call our NY dealer and was told to get an after market part under our Zerek warranty. Then we were called again Thursday evening at 5pm to be told the transmission was bad and needed to be replaced with a 75% chance that it would be fixed by end of day Sat. No one seemed concerned that our family was stuck almost 700 miles from home and couldn't offer any suggestions besides us forking over money to rent our own car. We were told to file a claim to get a rental to drive from VA to Upstate NY. After panicking all evening about getting home we were called Friday morning and told it was fixed and they forgot to reset the vehicle and it wasn't the transmission. I feel like this experience has made me never want to buy another nissan, and ruined our vacation. Not only is the car unreliable, the customer service was too.
