This was my first experience with Priority Nissan and I couldn’t be more pleased. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. The shuttle driver, Tyler was especially kind and personable. Will definitely return when I need service on my Priority Honda.
I will no longer purchase ANY vehicle's from you guys. I've been bringing my vehicle there ever since I purchased it brand new from there. It's no way that a new car should get a rejection sticker when I've had all used in the past and have never gotten one. I think you guys are frauds in every department. Then you quote me a price in order to get more money. And then you send someone out there to lower there price like I'm slow. All you guys are sales people and you work together to get more money out of us. Then to top it off you have your salesmen approach me as I'm waiting in the lobby to pitch me on trading in my **** car! I will be writing a review on y'all. You all are a bunch of crooks.

My original service on the truck was excellent. Dieing that service my truck was lightly damaged by one of the technicians backing it into shop equipment. After waiting around a month to be contacted to schedule the repairs I had to call and force progress. I first had an appointment to get the dent removed (significantly improved but still visible). I them had a second appointment for paint touch up which I was guaranteed to be satisfied with. The touch up paint was far beyond an unacceptable repair as there was significant orange peel, debris, other imperfections in the paint as well as the blend line still being clearly visible. I now have to make another appointment to take the truck to a body shop for a proper repair which is more inconvenience for me. I feel like at this point I have deserved a call from the service manager (Jay, whom I have met before and discussed both my original service and this damage repair face to face) but it seems he can't be bothered. I have at least been given loaner cars and as repairs have progresses I have received vehicle pickup and delivery to my office in Yorktown which decreases my inconvenience. Overall I still have confidence in the work performed by the technicians but the service management likely will stop my from doing future service work with Nissan Williamsburg and may influence my decision to buy another Nissan vehicle in the near future.
