At about 4 pm, tried to contact service about when car would be ready. (Was Told it would be ready by noon). On hold for 15 min, finally gave up and drove to dealership. Communications Not good!

First, I am disapointed that Mr Holmes is no longer in the service department. 2nd, when I returned to pick up my car, I was told it would be just a few more minutes because they were finishing up washing it. No problem until I watched it sit there with the hood up and flashers blinking for approximately fifteen minutes. So when I inquired and confirmed that it hadn't moved to be washed, I cancelled the wash because I had to go. 3rd, out of all the years I've been coming there, I've never seen a service representative with food all over their station. Very unprofessional!
