The service was done as requested, and I was given options for additional things that could have been fixed which I agreed to 1 of the 3. The service used to be provided with a complimentary wash and vacuum but in the last 2 service visits it was not.

Very good experance, timely (waited on vehicle) and very reasonably on tire rotation. Of course the oil and inspection was much cheaper than my other vehicles only free every other oil change

From appointment through pick up , a stellar experience . Ben gave me a quote several months ago , and it was consistent with what service I received . All the service folks are superb . Bethany was very communicative , as well as cheerful and ‘bubbly’ , how refreshing !! I love my NV , it has served me well . After 6 years of ownership - I cannot find one thing I dislike about it .

Usually when my car is serviced you have always done a vacuum and car wash. I was disappointed that it was not done this time. Other wise service was great.
Bethany and Ben were amazing as usual. They're always both so attentive and personable. They even helped me resolve a key fob issue which was not originally part of my scheduled appointment.
We had our 17 month granddaughter with us and she enjoyed playing in the lounge area. It was clean and comfortable. The service to change oil and complete an inspection took less than an hour. Thanks!
It has taken almost 4 months and over 13 days with my vehicle to replace a stock stereo. I recieved no calls, no updates, and no assistance during any of the times I have dropped off my vehicle. This is the same unacceptable treatment I received when I needed my ac fixed. This is how I have been treated since purchasing my vehicle. Oh well lesson learned.
Processed car in a timely manner and will order part from parts dept. And call when part is in.
A little rust on rotors should not fail a 2016 Nissan on the Virginia vehicle inspection. I had no choice but to pay over $1000. I will be more careful on what I bring to Priority Nissan in the future.
