Bethany was great, she listened to my needs and took care of them. And she explained everything that need to be done to me in a way that I could understand.
I was quoted $850 to have all four brakes replaced-when I picked up the vehicle I was told the bill was $1204. When I asked why the additional I was told "it's the diagnosis fee". I should have been told there would be a diagnosis fee up front, but that is not why I am REALLY unhappy--in my opinion there should not be a diagnosis fee for checking brakes in the first place. If the check engine light is on I understand you hook up to a computer that "diagnoses" the problem. You don't have to do that to check brakes.
