Maddox is so professional! He was very considerate of my concerns and made sure I received the best service. He is amazing! I am very appreciative and thankful that Maddox took care especially in the midst of the corona virus.

When I got there a lady greeted me and said Maddox would right with me which I understood because he was on the phone. I stood at least 6 feet away from him til he got off the phone, once he did he never acknowledged me. I was there almost 5 mins til the lady who greeted me told him my name and said I was there for 2 new tires. I don’t know this lady’s name but she was the only one wearing a mask that I saw at that point. The second and only other person I saw had it on his ears but not covering his face....at a time like this I would think everyone would be protected.
When my car was complete I did not receive a phone call.
I needed more work completed but due to not receiving a call or text, I was not able to receive extra work.
