After leaving the dealership for an oil change, the low oil light started flashing. When I brought my car back to the dealership one person said it didn’t have oil. So I left my vehicle from Saturday until, and on Monday I was told they put the wrong oil in my car.
Fast, efficient, priced as quoted. Friendly, accommodating staff, especially Rasean (sp?).

The service in Williamsburg is very rod and sliders same like the person had my case today and the service manager is very rod I by never recommend Williamsburg .

Scheduled recall. Arrived at 10:00 was met and sat in waiting area for 45 minutes before I was told recall not available at this time. Really? They knew what I was there for.
I brought my car in on may 25, 2020 and told them ny AC wasnt working and they replaced the COMPRESSOR oring and something else. On june 10, 2020 they tell me my condesor has a leak. IBDont understand why they didnt discover this on May 25th. Your sales mgr. Gave me a unnecessary difficult TIME on the 11th of June re: Loaner car for service .I went to possibly buy a car with your finance mgr. GOERGE AND HE WAS MISINFORMED WITH INFO BY OTHER DEALERSHIP AND GAVE ME WRONG INFO. I KNEW I WAS RIGHT. IT IS TOO MUCH TO MENTION IN THIS COMMENT SECTION. NEVER HAVE I SEEN THE REAL TRUE COLORS IN THIS PLACE B4.

I was not expecting the new spark plugs put in my car would be so expensive. At the inspection in April it was recommended I get them changed. I did not receive an estimate and did not think to ask for one.most people I asked said the job would be about $150.00. It is not the fault of anyone there. I just did not expect the $590.00 price. The service was fine my initial reaction I felt over charged. The next time I will make sure I have an estimate.
