We had an appointment for an oil change. It was brought to our attention that we needed a coolant flush. At 9an I gave them the ok to do so, when I stopped by 4hrs later to settle our bill. The coolant flush still wasn't done, I got the feeling that if I didn't stop by the coolant flush probably wouldn't have been done

We had an appointment but the wait time was still exceptionally long. Quoted repair's were excessively high and we will not be coming back for any of that work. Several employees were not wearing masks in customer areas and sales floor.
