The young man needs a lesson in communication with customers and that we come first. Instead he wanted to argue with me about my appointment time and communication with me as he should have if it was going to be a delay or any sudden changes. I will not tolerate that kind of treatment and I may not return.
The service was fine, no complaints. The problem is paying $2,303 to fix an oil leak in the transfer box. A major quality/design flaw. This is my third (and last) Nissan ????????????????
Everything was great but I had my oil changed and my tires rotated and they didn’t check the tire pressure in my tires that was my only complaint. I had to come home and put air in them myself.

Quick service, the employee who checked me in/out even helped me after the oil change was done to put my new license plates on my vehicle despite me forgetting to ask to have it done during the oil change.
