I was lied to because she told me my belts in my tires were broken but when I took my car somewhere else they told me my tires were fine . So I felt that she was just trying to get me to spend money being that I’m young and don’t know anything about my car.
Somehow the appt that we scheduled didn’t make your books but she was able to get us worked in without too much delay.
I just didn’t like the fact that I had to take my SUV back the next day because the hood wouldn’t close after inspecting the work that was done. Hopefully the technician just forgot to do something and wasn’t try to get us back for more repair costs.

However, I spent two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. This was not acceptable. I was on time for early appointment. Should have been done in 45 minutes tops.
