While I appreciated the complimentary car wash, I had to wash my back window once I returned home as it wasn’t cleaned. However the service was prompt and the manager was very professional.
The service was good. Rep was friendly. However asked for car wash. The inside was not vacuumed.

I made an appointment for my truck to have or changes 7::30 a.m. arrived at 7:30 it took 2 and a 1/2 hours to get and/or change Donal my vehicle I was the 1st one in the shop and everybody that came in after me had the car service before mine I don't understand what's the purpose of having a schedule when you still get put to the end of the list after you called for an appointment
She arranged for me to check out with the usual interface with a cashier. This provided the “unneed” for personal contact. Thank you

I've had nothing but pleasant visits at the Priority Nissan in Williamsburg.
Didn’t try to help with a solution. He just emailed a $1200 quote, knowing I was not pleased with how we got to the problem. A phone call and willingness to talk through other solutions would have been a better approach.
