First oil change they left the dip stick loose and oil splattered all over hood of vehicle which caused engine light to go on and off. On 2nd oil change they fixed it and cleaned hood no charge. Second oil change my windshield fluid light still on and they had to be reminded to fill it. So my question is that are they not doing a full check when servicing? My thoughts are the service department needs to slow down or get more help they are rushing through and not being completely doing all the checks. Everyone is polite but not thorough.

Had an appointment at 8:30am. Vehicle wasn’t pulled in to complete service until 9:06am. My time is also valuable.
