I took my Terrain in for it's regular 6 month oil chrge/service. I explained that I was going to be going on a trip and wanted everything to be double checked. The service team looked my SUV over and found no issues that needed repair. Everything that was done to my vehicle was explained when the work was completed. I am very confident with the technicians at Dwain Taylor Chevrolet.

Only complaint I was told one price on oil change when called for quote and another was charged. Also, service team should asked before top off Def fluid. Extra charge I should not have had to pay nor did I count on paying. Other than that always pleasant, helpful and timely for service.

First I don’t need anyone to contact me about my experience. I dropped my truck off for an oil change and transmission flush and filter change after making an appointment 2 weeks before I brought it in. I was told that you would have my truck until that afternoon. I was not told until 4 o’clock that day after I texted to see what was going on that the transmission filter had to be ordered and would not come in until the next day. The second day my truck was there and still had no idea when it was going to be done until I called at 4 to find out what was going on. It seems excessive to keep my truck for 2 days to change oil rotate tires and change transmission fluid, then not communicate anything about what is going on until I call to find out what is going on. Then when I come to pick my truck up there is no apology for taking so long or not communicating, I was treated as if this was normal business.
