I dropped off my vehicle Tuesday evening. Deon told me he would call me at 11am Wednesday with an update. He did not call. I called mid-afternoon. The operator said she left him a message to call me back. Nobody ever called me. Wednesday morning I called again and was told a manager would call me back in just a bit with an update on my vehicle. That never happened. Deon finally called me Wednesday afternoon to say my vehicle was ready. This is bad customer service. You guys should be chasing me with updates, not me chasing you for updates.
