La persona que me atendió Danel iso su trabajo bien pero los me cárnicos que Atendieron mi carro lo dejaron muy mal la cámara del lado de la puerta de mi carro ya no funciona me mancharon el techo de aceite me rayaron la pantalla del aire acondicionado con un objeto el Esterio me lo dejaron mal acomodado sonido hacia dentro lamentablemente tienen un servicio muy malo de Mantenimiento

The mechanic forgot to move the car to the floor for the Porter once the car was ready so we waited needlessly until close to receive the car! The front desk attendant obviously just filled our papers out and forgot about us also. I felt neglected and taken advantage of simultaneously. Will never be returning. The Porter lady was the only reason we got our car! Bless her

Henry went above and beyond. He is the best. Helped me with everything I was concerned about. You need more employees like Henry. He needs a raise. He was able to find what I really needed. Unlike my first service visit.

My car had scratches on it when I purchased it, a new 22. They said to come back and they would fix the scratches. They ended up fixing them but left a chip and some rough marks on the same door the fixed. Then they applied my paint and fabric protection which is full of streaks! I can’t believe that I went to get things fixed and I left with more things wrong. I’m really upset and I hope they fix this and install a new paint protection, the correct way.

Edwin was really sweet and professional my car came from another dealership and he reminded me of the future services I will be needing and around what mileage! He was very attentive and the service was quick it was my first time getting my 2021 car serviced so I didn’t know much but felt really safe leaving my car and Edwin and my mechanic taking care of my car!
