Very disappointed three time going to get the same part replaced and all the 3 times the parts were damaged if I could give it zero stars I would it’s a big company to be putting old parts on a 2021 car and they never helped me just a waste of time if I could return the car I would and go to Toyota at the end my car has a old damage part

My advisor was great. Today was hectic. We waited 2 hrs and a half for my car to get serviced. Apparently you guys do car wash after the services, which I wasn’t aware. The problem was that my sunroof was open during the time that someone from your dealership was washing my car. My car got wet from the inside. The top portion of the sunroof door. Took pictures of that. I called the advisor back, which she offered me a detailed car wash. Whoever is washing the cars should make sure all the windows are closed. I hope this water damage doesn’t affect my upholstery. Your techs or whoever should be more careful. Not happy with my service!!
