It was all fine until I had to wait 2 hours for my car and when I got it back someone decides to pass gas in my car and leaves me to enjoy the smell.But besides those two things everything else was great ????

I had my car battery die last week called AAA for a jump and the technician said my alternator looked like it was starting to fail, recommended that I have it checked. I made an appointment to have an oil change and also check my alternator. The service rep kept insuring that I didn’t need to check my alternator and insisted and he mentioned that I would be charged an additional 165 to check it. I agreed and waited for my car, the same service rep who checked me in calle me to let me know my car was done and that the battery tested good and my oil change was done. I asked if the alternator was checked and he día yes all the electrical was good, when I showed up he handed me my itemized receipt and assured me again that everything was good and I ask again so the alternator was okay and again he said yes. I reviewed my receipt and noticed that it did not mention alternator check at all. I asked him to please point out where it said that my alternator was checked and he asked me to give him a minute. After a few phones to his manager and he said it was not done because their machine was Down. I was beyond upset at this point. He gave me his card and apologized and said I can call him back next week to bring my car back once they have the new machine, I just recently purchased my car 5 months ago and this was my first time using your service center. As a female customer I want to feel like I can trust the service you are providing and that is not the feeling I left with.
