I was very please with the red carpet treatment given to me by Mr. Fernandez. Mr. Fernandez shift was due to end when I arrived but he vowed to finish helping me. I had features on my truck that I had no ideal what they were used for. I thank God for my personal tech guide that gave me step by step instructions. Mr. Fernandez wore and represented the company above and beyond his duties. It means the world to a woman to understand her vehicle, and to know that every 4,000 miles there’s a Honda Service guy. Ready to lead the way, change the oil, and top off all that’s needed too. This is my first Honda and I vow that Honda is the only way to drive.
