The maintenance was not done within the time period that it was supposed to be done I had to go ask if my car was ready 45 minutes after the scheduled time that it was supposed to be done No courtesy call or text to say that they were running behind very disappointing on that because we or I had things to do that I had to reschedule I received a text and a phone call right before me getting home with my car from a Honda representative for a Honda maintenance representative person.

Very helpful, great costumer service
Tired pressure went on and I took my car in on a Saturday, they performed an inspection turns out my left tired had a nail that was not fixable and needed a replacement; I asked if my warranty would cover and automatically representative said “no” this was false information so I insisted for him to double; turns out I can file a claim. I asked for the phone number to file the claim and he said he didn’t have the information and that it was up to me to look for that information so I did my research and found phone number and filed a claim. This was the first unpleasant experience; after telling the rep to continue and replace tire and all done I leave the dealership and about 5min after the tire pressure went on again; I took in back in and was asked if I wanted them to reset the light or if I wanted them to check tired again I wanted them to double check and unfortunately there was another nail on the front right tire which was not seen previously; they told me that they couldn’t patch it there and I would have to take it in to a A mechanic shop/tire. The customer service was a pleasant.. and very frustrating

Pésimo servició, sus empleados son sexistas y racistas por atender mas rápido a mujeres de piel blanca antes que a mi.
Espere por 32 minutos y si no es porque yo bajo y le pido al manager que nadie me abia atendiendo hasta que el se puso de pie y pidió que me atendieran voltearon a verme, pero si el no se los pide estoy seguro que no me ubieran atendiendo.
Y para colmo la persona que me atendio me dijo:
“lo siento pero yo solo no puedo con tanto trabajo”

Awful. Waited for more than two hours at your dealership, then your Advisor told me due to staffing shortage, nothing was done to my car. Yes, waited two hours to tell your customer we don't have staffing to work on your car!
