My original concern and problem was not corrected/fixed and will be taking my car back asap.

Making the appointment was easy, number of service attendants made the car queue move efficiently, the time given for repair was exact.

Good.

I took my vehicle to your service department, I explained the issue my car has to the gentleman that was assigned to me. This was on a Monday, he calls me back on Tuesday and tells me that my car was fine, that the mechanic didnt find anything wrong with it. I explained to him that the car was leaving me stranded and to please check the cooling fans because a few days earlier i seen them on 3 hours after I had turned my car off. I also explained to him that after I seen them on, i tried to turn the car on and it was completely dead. I told him you guys could keep the car all week, just please fix it. He kept trying to convince me that i was gonna have to go pick the car up if they couldn't fix it, he also told me that the mechanics didnt have time to leave my car long enough to activate the cooling fans. At some point he told me I have no manners and pretty much gave me my car back, just how I took it in. They didnt even try to fix it. One of your employees tolde that they only did a battery check and put air in my tires. Very disappointed.
