My experience at Honda of downtown Los Angeles is always exceptional !! The service department always answers my questions that I have . Not to mention their service employees always go beyond expectations to make the experience at service pleasant and helpful. My service advisor that helped me today during my visit, Jacqueline Aguilar was a great help , provided all the information I needed on cars service that was needed. 10 out 10 . I will continue coming to Honda of downtown Los Angeles for more of my services & possibly to purchase my next Honda vehicle.
I drop my car at 11:15 am and pick up my car at 2 pm
for simple oil change I understand Monday is a busy day
but 3 hours is too long.

When we went to make the final payment for the car (we bought it in all cash) the finance manager Chris seguro did not communicate well as to what was needed and what forms of payment were acceptable. I had to go in one three separate days, and on the last day I left and 15 minutes later he called me back saying he could accept the form of payment that he had previously rejected. There was no accountability or apology for my time wasted.
