I thought most was all good, that I assumed that the Tech, had checked my oil, my tires air, my water, my fluids, which includes my transmission fluid? ??? Right! It was all check in green….
That was last Saturday, and today my transmission jerked as it went into third gear…, so I pulled over and checked my transmission fluid, and it did not register in the stick… so I went to O’Reileys, not far away very gingerly.
The gentleman behind parts, asked me what did I need, I explained the make model year, and that it’s a touring, he got the transmission oil neede for my van, and a long funnel, which I Purchased. Then I added, 1/2 of the quart, let it sit checked it, could use almost 1/2 more quart, added it, then it was rechecked after a minute pause. Then it was perfectly between the two dots.
So my point is that, it could have been taken care of when I was here last Saturday!! You could have made some extra money, and my car would not have jerked in third,, so I thought when the tech checks the car that he would be honest and perform the check, it does not take long…..
So sorry this happened! It breaks my confidence in Community Honda.
