Service rep was very professional but my particular situation in my opinion was not handled well by the dealership. I purchased my last 2 new vehicles from Moss Motors but my next vehicle will not be purchased from Community Honda.

I just noticed this said "service experience" And I realized this wasn't for the purchase of my new passport. WHile I don't know Stephen Mier, I would like to say, the service department is actually lacking and I would do my own service before taking it back to this service department. It was pretty sad when it took 3 times for them to do an oil change on my CRV (well actually twice, the third time I had to go back to get bolts for a skid plate cause they didn't install it correctly) And when I got my Passport, I noticed they didn't put my valve stem covers on the car for the "nitrogen filled tires" Now part of me is wondering what else is missing from the PDI inspection.
Again don't know Stephen, and I think this was done due to purchasing the Passport, but just noticing the small things that wasn't checked during PDI, makes my choice of not continuing to use the Service Department at Community is the forward way to go, which is sad as the sales department is top notch.
