Rachel did a fine job, my issue is with the service performed. I brought my car in to repair a sun visor, and when I picked it up the fabric on the roof of the car between the visor and center light was torn. I notified Rachel who had the mechanic/repair person come look at it. He did not fix it, and a second guy came out from the service bay and apologized but said nothing could be done. He told my husband we could buy an adhesive spray to fix it. I’m very unhappy that my car now has a new issue that I apparently must fix on my own. I’ve been taking my car to moss motors/community Honda since I bought it in 2010 and am very disappointed in this poor quality of work.

I was very pleased that Matthew kept me updated on the status of the repairs in my vehicle. He let me know each time an issue was resolved and if another problem was found, he let me know about that one as well.
He made sure to have a shuttle take me to and from work for the two days my vehicle was in the shop. About the porters; Jason and Chris! They were super! We talked like we’d known each other for years and they felt like family. Overall, my experience felt like a visit with friends…….
I have never been dissatisfied with any time I’ve went to Honda for an oil change or anything more! Mrs Rachel is always on her job!
