I was on my way to Orlando, FL from Houston TX, when my car broke down in Lafayette, LA at 10:30 pm. We found a hotel and my wife found Community Honda online. She made an appointment online for 7:30 the next morning. I had my car towed to Community Honda for an evaluation. Andrew Carder, the service adviser, met me by the tow truck and walked me through the process. I explained to him I was traveling to Florida for Thanksgiving, which was the next day. The mechanic diagnosed the car with bad A/C compressor. He found the necessary parts that morning and the mechanic team had me on the way by 1:30 pm. I am very impressed with their level of professionalism and by their efficiency in fixing my car so quickly. I was able to get to Florida on time and spent the Thanksgiving holiday with my family. I am very grateful and thankful I found Community Honda during my time of need.
Consider having a phone charging station in the customer sitting area. My phone died and I needed to work on some things. I asked and they told me they had one but it was broken.
Having a phone charging ability would give added value to your already excellent service.

Rachael gave excellent service, but QuickLane rotated the tires but did not check air pressure. Next day light went on and my tires were over 5 lbs. low. Considering you are rotating tires that have different pressure front and back this is more than an oversight.

However - I found it extremely expensive. More than 800.00 for a little bitty camera and one mirror. Really?! I don’t understand why such a small thing should cost that much money.
