I had 4 tires installed & some other work done at your dealership yesterday. When I was a couple of miles from your location, I got the low tire pressure message. I was aggravated, of course. When I started my car today, same thing, so I called your service department. The customer service rep (Robert, maybe?) very patiently walked me through how to get to the TPMS calibration.
This my 4th Honda: a Civic, 2 Accord Ex’s, my current CR-V - and also a used Acura. I’ve never had to calibrate the tires before. It’s a great feature, but it was new to me. I’ve put air in my tires and never had this issue. There’s certainly other stuff that I haven’t discovered as well; who has time to read manuals.
Since this is apparently a common occurrence, I would have appreciated a heads up.
Otherwise, I’ve been trusting Honda dealerships with almost all my auto needs for many years - something I would never have imagined when I was younger. I’ll be back.

Got car back and within the second time of driving vehicle, noticed drive light blinking on dashboard. This problem was not occurring prior to being worked on and originally being missed diagnosed, which was not cheap to fix and now may have caused this new issue. When googled as to possible reasons, first thing that came up was transmission issue. This issue was not occurring prior to mechanical work that was missed diagnosed and other mechanical work done on vehicle. If any questions about above, call me at ****-****-xxxx.
