The repair lasted less than 24 hours and I had to return and will still need to return a 5th time for the same issue.

Was told it would take 44 minutes and ended up taking an hour. Went to change air filter and noticed clamps for air filter were stripped and one clamp is missing.
Rachael Hernandez was not the problem. The person who worked on my car did not do his work to my satisfaction. He did not add water to my windshield wiper container but he checked it off like he did it. I went back and had it filled and Rachael told me my next oil change would be free. I also received a credit for a charge for a battery check. I spent $341.00 to have my car serviced. It made me wonder if he really did all the other work. I was assured by Judy that Rachael checked with the
person who worked on my car that the filters, etc. work was done.
