Rachel is always so nice when we go in. I have been going there long before it was Community Honda. For a while there as a problem in service. Rachel was the only reason we stayed there. Please make sure she is recognized for always being kind and going out of her way to make sure everyone has a good experience.

My service included an oil change. I have oil in my garage in the spot where I park the Pilot. I will be bringing my vehicle back to check on the oil leak.

There was a lack on communication and someone dropped the ball making the claim with the warranty company. I feel i was not updated in a timely manner and the claim and repair took too long. I feel 1 week was much too long. Just being honest here.
