They replaced the wrong tire!
Matthew Bryan did nothing wrong. Every interaction I've had with him in the past two and a half years has been great. But someone put him in a very bad position. I requested a cabin filter replacement with my oil change. He noticed the price was unusually high, so he asked why, and he was informed that they put a charcoal filter instead of a regular filter. They never informed Matthew so he could ask the customer. I was blindsided by $80 charcoal filter felt like I was strong-armed into it...NOT by Matthew though. Matthew genuinely felt bad about it. He helped me out to the best of his ability. I told him this was really bad business practice for whomever made the decision to upcharge a service and not tell the customer...and not even tell Matthew! I have been satisfied with Community. Joel and Matthew are phenomenal. But, I will not be returning anymore for service or anything else. My cell phone number is ****-****-xxxx to discuss this further.
It was my first visit after moving to Lafayette. I wasn’t satisfied with the pricing structure. While the competitors have tire rotation and oil change at an average of $45, I was charged $85 for it.

The tech should not have messed up the recall job. It took 10 days to get my car back and there was nothing wrong to begin with. But I am very grateful for the loaner. Jon was very diplomatic and did the best he could out of a bad situation
This is easily the worst service I have ever received. It took 3days to get my car diagnosed and I was asked to wait another 3days before it can be fixed. I could not wait that long, came to pick up my car and discovered that the drivers side window power switch has been damaged by your technicians. I have been a long time customer and this experience was truly the worst. I wish you guys the best.
Mr. Myers was exceptional on our service on 10/12. He was by himself and he did a great job on taking care of us and the other customers at hand.
