Matthew was very helpful and kept me informed. This was my first time using the service department and I was extremely pleased.
Work couldnt be completed as it was SCHEDUELED on time to do it because the guy that was gunna be working on it didnt show up untill later & the service guy said he promised me that it would be finished by the end of the day but couldnt promise me that it would be finished. Im am very unsatisfied how this all came out because my appt was scheduled & i told him that i wouldnt be able to come back to get the work completed untill the next following month because of my schedule.
