Matt was very helpful and explained exactly what I needed to know.
I had my oil change and tires rotated. The clerk told my they were done with my oil change and my tires are good. Drove off and I get a notification saying “low tire pressure.” This is the 4th time I’ve gone in there to address the issue. The tech told me at the last visit something about one of the tires may have less thread, but when I left I was told my tires were good. I bought this car brand new and this is frustrating at this point.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and was told Honda recommends brake fluid flush every 2 years? So I agreed, bottom line is I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and came out with a $233 bill, that’s an expensive oil change, next time I will do it myself for sure.
Last time I dealt with your service department it was for repairs to my daughter in laws 2012 odessy wind up costing me $6100 only 4 months after previous repairs of ~$3500 I can’t afford to be taken advantage of any more.

For the second time in a row that I bought a vehicle for service, I had to return immediately because something wasn’t right. This time it was a computer issue. Last time poor workmanship. I would normally expect to have the vehicle completed when it’s returned.
