It is a relief to have my truck worked on and checked out and getting a list of what must be done to keep up with the maintenence of the vehicle. I can’t do it now but at least I have a plan for the next few months. Rachel took the time to explain everything to me and I really appreciate it. I trust your mechanics too. I am retired from the oil field and I know one thing: it’s the people in the field on the ground dealing with the people and the process who make your business succeed. You have good people; take care of them. And take care of yourself too.

Jon was very professional, listen to my needs and explain something to me on my car that the sales rep and a sales manager missed and said that they thought it was a defective part when it was a defective process that none of us understood. He took time to explain to me how to do it correctly, and it worked like a champ.

I went in for a oil change on January 13, 2023 when I went to leave a light on the dash indicating a issue with my vehicle. This light was not on when I got to the dealership. I returned to speak with the service writer and they brought the vehicle back to the service area to diagnose the problem. They couldn’t reset the light and couldn’t give me a answer. I left the dealership and a VSA light came on. I returned to the dealership and they tried to reset the computer and it wouldn’t reset. I was told that the module for the VSA system was the problem. Seems very unusual that the system would go bad while performing regular maintenance. The second issue is that the paperwork stated that all the fluids were ok. When I got home the coolant reservoir was empty. I took the radiator cap off and couldn’t see any coolant. I purchased a gallon of Honda coolant and put a half a gallon of coolant between the radiator and the coolant reservoir. Makes me wonder if anything else was not checked while performing normal routine maintenance. In closing, my confidence in the service department at Community Honda is not very good. I purchased this vehicle from Miss Motors and have been bringing it there for service since I bought the vehicle. I consider myself a loyal customer but I don’t feel as though I’m being treated like one.

The service manager is extremely rude. Rather than apologizing for pretty large inconveniences she gets defensive and acts like there is no issue. She is extremely unprofessional as well she smokes her vape pen during conversation with customers and has a very poor attitude.

I missed my flight to New York for my cousin Angel’s birthday because the tech that worked on my car didn’t complete my alignment correctly and my tire light came on right after pick up! I had to bring the car back to Honda after speaking with Mrs. Judy about the issues I endured and I also spoke to a lady which was Service Manager the only thing I was offered was an apology after spending all afternoon at that location, missing my flight, and also my service advisor Matt he was excellent, the tech left white residue around my tires after mounting 4 tires, Matt walked around my car and cleaned my tires! The is unexceptional and unprofessional! I’m through with Honda servicing my vehicle! I’ll never purchase a car or have my vehicle serviced there in Life! I also warned my 5k followers on Instagram and Facebook about my experience!
