fast service and very accomodating
He totally forgot I had dropped off my car at 8 am Tuesday when service was way behind and the car was not touched. The next day a repair part for the driver seat traction was demaged, so again I waited another day for a replacement part. I finally got my car back Friday neat 5pm.
The next item was not his fault, but the drivers carpet on the right vertical has come out of its normal position and supposedly the first two times, was replaced each time with a new carpet. He now admits to is it is a design flaw, although he has not seen this before. He offered to appeal that the carpet needs to be longer and will call the factory for a design flaw and let us now the outcome.

Andrew was very professional, and even went above and beyond when after my vehicle went through the car wash it had bent my license plate frame, and Andrew took the time to fix it. Great customer service!
Laura did a great job. But, I'm even more impressed with the alignment the service tech did on my truck. Best alignment ever done on any vehicle I've ever owned. Including previous alignments on this truck.

When I received a text offering me a special of $39.99 for an oil change I was excited as I had already decided I would not be using Community for oil changes anymore because they are expensive. Imagine my surprise when I go pickup my vehicle and they tell me the price is $79.99 after labor costs! Thanks for making your long time customers feel stupid for believing your offer. Way to trick us!
