Wiper blades were part of the issues which was mentioned and no job was done on this and neither I was informed of dropping it.
Mike and I discussed the coupon for my oil change to the point he stopped helping me to change his other customer’s paperwork; however, when I paid for my oil change it was not applied to mine. I have been a loyal customer to Community Honda, but after this weekend I more than likely won’t be back. I drive from Houston to service my car there, but will not waste money on gas and then an up charge for an oil change because someone was more concerned with other customers instead of the one standing in front of him. I’m extremely disappointed in Community and the service I was provided.
The men there thinks that I don’t know what I wanted the other day . I have gone to community Honda since I got my vehicle

It appears that your technician severely missed diagnosed my vehicle. It cost me a $175 for them to tell me that I had a bad head gasket and there was just a crack in the ceramic on my spark plug.. Very poor communication between technicians and the manager. Consequently it cost me a lot time & money. I want my money back.
Gabriel handled everything very professionaly and courteously and the service was A1 ????????
