I waited about two weeks to get my car back and paid $1,400 after I was told that the problem with my vehicle was found and repaired. My son drove the car home before he told me that the vehicle was the same as before. Had I known, I would have told him to turn Aron’ around and take it back right back to the dealership. The vehicle is going back ASAP. Not sure is this was guessing game to repair the problem, but this cost me a lot of money. I took it to KIA thinking I would get better results. Very angry to put it mildly.

The diagnosis fee of $170 was unjustified when there was no maintenance required for the operation of the vehicle. No part was identified as being detective during the diagnosis.
